We have arranged a tour and lunch at Bluffton’s new State-of-the-art Culinary Institute of the South. You won’t want to miss it! Register today! We’ll start with a brief campus tour from the lobby at 11:30am. Visiting both teaching kitchens, baking lab, teaching auditorium, and the newly added interactive museum dedicated to Souther Cooking.
At noon we’ll dine in the Cafe Bistro, the school’s teaching restaurant, for a sit-down gourmet three-course meal prepared and served by actual enrolled ntuendets working towards their degrees.
